How does it work? The Quanta System laser works using precise wavelengths (532nm and 1064nm) that break down melanin concentrations without damaging healthy tissue. The broken down pigment is gradually cleared through the body’s lymphatic system. We work with Q-Switched and OPulse modes to tailor the treatment to the skin tone, pigmentation type and sensitivity of the patient. How many treatments are required? • Melasma: 4–8 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart • Sunspots/Age: 2–5 treatments • Post-Acne Pigmentation: 3–6 treatments • Freckles/Uneven Skin Tone: 2–4 treatments (depending on condition)
